Following a banner year of growth and their 10-year anniversary, Illumination Research, a global market research and consulting firm, appoints Joanne Suh as VP – Client Services. Joanne brings 15+ years of industry experience in insights and strategy from both the client and supplier sides. Illumination’s continued investment in senior leadership speaks to its commitment to servicing its large and growing client base at the highest level.
Joanne has been an integral part of Illumination’s growth for more than 6 years. Joanne started as a qualitative research moderator and strategic facilitator and was promoted to Director of Insights and Strategy, where she led Illumination’s team of moderators. In her new role as VP – Client Services, Joanne will lead Illumination’s work with many of their top Fortune 500 accounts. Prior to Illumination, Joanne worked in both client and supplier side roles, including several years at P&G in their Consumer and Market Knowledge organization.
In her work with current and new accounts, Joanne will provide expertise in designing research plans to uncover rich insights that will fuel our clients’ growth. She will also moderate qualitative research and facilitate ideation workshops and strategy sessions.
