Sami Umour, 39, died at Soroka Hospital in Naqabe due to heart problems and medical negligence, prisoner groups say.

Ramallah, Occupied West Bank – Palestinian prisoner Sami Umour, 39, has died in Israeli custody at the Soroka Hospital in Naqabe.

According to the Palestinian Authority, more than 500 Palestinian prisoners and women in Israeli prisons have diseases, including dozens of cancers.
