Seven-year-old Anton’s bedroom ceiling is pretty normal at first …
Until the lights go out, when the whole universe seems to be above you. You might camp in the desert or lie in a canoe in the middle of a Vermont lake. The stars are so pretty, we sometimes lie down staring at them.
My aunt Lulu sent the package dark stars shone To Anton for Christmas. They are little things that make them shine much cooler than ordinary bright stars. They look real.
At the end of this month we can give it to Toby for his birthday. And maybe Alex and my bedroom too – I mean life is short, right? Shouldn’t we all sleep under the stars? xo
