Much more urgently, my daughter would lose her father. My wife would lose her husband. My family would lose a brother and an uncle.
I’m sure of that.
So in this time of year that encourages us to reflect on the near and distant past and consider the hopes and opportunities of the future, I am compelled to give my sincere thanks and thanks, not only for saving my life but for the army of white weapons. , but the lives of the people I admire and love in my orbit.
They saved the life of a close friend. A career diplomat, father, husband and cancer survivor, my good friend is approaching retirement after more than 30 years, often trying to improve the lives of people in poor and remote countries by using the influence and opportunities offered by his diplomatic positions and passports.
Without vaccinations, my friend — who had been weakened by an evil man for some time — weakened his natural defenses — would have faced a more precarious fate.
I am grateful to the White Army for saving his life twice.

Without the vaccine, my sister – whose natural defenses were also diminished as a result of a scar with a malignant tumor – would not be able to do what she always had to do: help people.
Despite the Herculean efforts of the White Army, there are, of course, many sad stories of children, women, and men who have succumbed to a virus that does not respect age, boundaries, or nationalities.
We have seen — humbly and in amazement — that the white-robed army was doing its hard work, in spite of the constant danger, exhausting all the tools and means available to save lives.
We have seen, with humility and amazement, their dedication and perseverance in the face of the kind of loss and mourning they experience in a way that only they can understand.
We have seen their astonishing patience and self-sacrificing self-employed vaccine walkers, who now make up the majority of the residents of intensive care units, riddled with a skilled virus that exploits such ignorance and arrogance with tremendous violence. .
I don’t care — the rest — I don’t care about these dolts until it’s the late prayers and advice of the white army. Then, in the bedtime epiphanies, they curse honest sellers of lies and conspiracy theories who were told to put aside masks and vaccines in favor of toxic potions and daring.
Unlike me, the white-collar army avoids prosecuting these vile idiots. Instead, they fulfill their vows and fulfill their duty to resolve human pain and suffering whenever and wherever they can.
