Best Paris Food Restaurants (in my opinion)

Paris needs to have more restaurants than any other city in the population, and I’ve learned from experience that if you don’t come up with a plan, you’ll end up eating mediocre pasta in a single tourist trap. can get a board. That said, I’ve also found that going to the “Best Restaurants in Paris” mention can be a recipe for a filling experience with white tablecloths, rather than a presentation about fun atmospheres. The best experiences I’ve had in Paris have come from the recommendation of a well-known friend, and now I’m happy to be that friend to you. These are my favorites:

Parisian cafes for breakfast and lunch

Source: This cafe is a full day place. Come for a coffee and stay for French classics such as croque monsieur, baguette sandwiches and a great cheese dish.

Ten Fine Bread: Really good coffee, delicious pastries and some of the best bargains in Paris.

Avenue: L’Avenue is a great place for a delicious meal, especially if you’re taking a break on Montaigne Avenue. The outdoor terrace is a place where epic people see it, although the interior is also stunning.

Coffee Marly: A great place to have coffee and breakfast before the Louvre.

Miznon Marais: All you need to know is to get falafel.

Charlot Cafe: The classic Marais brasserie, if you want to feel like Parisian Café Charlot, is another favorite place to watch people.

Ober Mamma: A delicious and informal Italian place for all your pasta and pizza cravings.

Two Magoteak: It’s classic for a reason. Sit 6 inches from the next table, order a cup of coffee or a glass of wine, and watch the city pass by.

Berthillon Glacier: This famous ice cream shop is the perfect end to any Parisian meal. Take a cone and walk along the Seine.

The best wine bars in Paris

Taberna: A small and cozy natural wine bar of your dreams. Arrive early to grab one of the few tables; it’s just walking.

Deviated: A fun place to have natural wine and inventive little dishes around a cozy and sometimes bustling bar.

Septime La Cave: This wine bar is very convenient and worth visiting, and is the next best thing to score a table in Septime.

Survivor 2: Fun atmosphere and great food.

Parisian restaurants for dinner

Clown Bar: I spent the most fun evening at the clown bar sharing interesting little dishes with friends and tasting natural wines recommended by warm and friendly groups. Make reservations for the terrace.

Server: Actually we went for lunch and we were amazed by Le Servan’s Asian flexion tasting menu. The perfect balance of beauty and attention to detail, without any worries.

Pizza Chic: You all know how much I love pizza, and the food here is as good as the atmosphere that makes you feel like you’re in an Italian trattoria. I love to have a delicious meal or dinner, and it’s always a good sign to see Italian families eating pizza there.

Balagan Paris: A fun, chic and droolworthy Mediterranean menu. Balagan is a party every night of the week, and it’s all about energy and music about the awesome pita bread. Go early and have a nice banquet at the bar next door.

Klamatoa: It is owned by Septime’s own crew, and this seafood restaurant is always a win-win. Also, it’s just a walk away, which is a big advantage if you forget to make reservations.

Go friend: We spent Adam’s birthday here with a table full of friends, and it was a night I will never really forget. Our waiter brought us almost everything on the menu, and as we delved deeper into the family-style party, it seemed like we were in a friend’s comfortable Paris apartment. Don’t miss the rice pudding.

Candlemas: This nightclub, taqueria and cocktail bar has a hidden door at the back that leads to a tequila bar.

The best museums in Paris

Again, the title “Best Museums in Paris” is very subjective, as there are several museums in Paris that I haven’t been to before. I keep visiting my favorites, but let me know if there’s a great museum I’m missing in the comments.

Rodin Museum: The home of the famous “Thinker” sculpture, the Rodin Museum has wonderful sculpture gardens and a beautiful Palace that houses Rodin’s work.

Louis Vuitton Foundation: An excellent modern and contemporary museum promoted by the LVMH group. The building itself is a work of art.

European House of Photography: Full of contemporary photography, this museum dates back to the 18th century. It is housed in a beautiful 16th-century mansion. Exhibitions are constantly changing, so even if you’ve been there before, there’s always something new to see.

Center Pompidou: This museum is a great collection of contemporary and modern art, and the building itself is a huge glass and metal structure to be seen. It wants to be like a heart that is pumped in bright colors by the structural arteries.

Picasso-Paris National Museum: This unique building houses 5,000 pieces by Pablo Picasso, as well as his personal art collection.

Louvre Museum: You can’t go to Paris without going to the Louvre. You can walk miles around the Royal Palace and see some of the most famous works of art (think Mona Lisa, Venus de Milo, etc.). It’s one of the best things to do in Paris.

The best hotels in Paris

Hotel costs: This is my favorite hotel and the best place to see people. However, you definitely need a restaurant reservation, especially at night.

Providence Hotel: Our friends stayed at this beautiful hotel. It is convenient and in a fun and lively neighborhood.

The best shopping in Paris

Grocery stores

When it comes to Paris food (IMHO), I always make sure to reach out to some shops where you can bring coffee, jam, sweets and candy to bring as a souvenir gift for friends and family.

Raspail market: One of the largest organic markets in Europe, the Marché Raspail, is a great place to pick up a few things to walk around or have lunch. This is one of my best choices to do in Paris. Warning: Probably a factor as to why they’re doing so poorly.

The mother of the family: Chocolate craving? This artisan chocolate shop is a perfect treat.

Stohrer: This elegant pastry shop has the best sweets and pastries, as well as a wonderful interior.

Designer shops

Studio 7L: This is Karl Lagerfeld’s bookstore and it’s as stylish as you’d imagine.

Astier de Villatte: This Chinese store has beautiful pottery and glassware that you can keep and treasure forever. Anyway, at least I didn’t go down without explaining myself first.

Madeleine & Gustave – Paris Headquarters: This great homemade product store is great for looking for little treasures and inspirations. They also focus on responsibly made local products.

Paper Tiger: This paper shop has the most beautiful notebook, paper and household accessories. It’s the perfect place to grab a small souvenir for someone who has just returned home.

Coincidence: I love a good antique shop, and this may be my favorite. You never know what you’ll find, but it’s always a good ride.

OFR Bookstore: This convenient bookstore / gallery is a great place to explore.

Clothes and Accessories

CELINE PARIS MONTAIGNE: If you want a moment to enjoy yourself, every bag, scarf and sunglasses is a timeless piece.
