Gaza, Palestine – At least 26 people have been killed in the last 24 hours, including nine children, in the coastal territory besieged by Israeli airstrikes on the Gaza Strip, and most of the victims from the northern town of Beit Hanoun.

Hours later, a 13th-floor apartment building in the Rimal district of Gaza City was also hit, leaving three Palestinians dead. The videos showed neighbors fleeing the al-Jundi building in terror, with children crying and their hair gray with debris.
The Israeli army chief of staff has ordered a continuation of the ongoing attacks on the Gaza Strip, which is home to two million people. The military has fired about 130 rockets at targets in the Gaza Strip, killing 15 members of the Hamas and Islamic Jihad groups, an army spokesman said.
