There is something so exciting about a new home. For me, a new year brings new opportunities to grow and the ability to learn new things and meet new people. Yes, it can happen at any time in our life, but I never realize more than the first year. In an effort to approach all areas of my life with self-pity and kindnessI am committed to moving away from restrictive resolutions and giving more intent to everything I do. One of the goals I set for myself this year? Creating more space for things that help me feel energized, aligned, and attuned to myself. Of course, what I put into my body is a big part of that, and these 10 low-carb smoothie recipes are what I plan to prepare myself every morning in 2022.

I’m a sweet girl, she really can’t be surrounded. At brunch I will always choose pancakes over eggs and I will say yes to ice cream even at freezing temperatures.
