Moscow is moving to Armenia last week after it accused Armenia of sending Azerbaijani troops across the border.
Moscow has offered to help mediate demarcation negotiations after Armenia was accused of entering the Azerbaijani border, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said.

However, the Armenian Ministry of Defense said on Wednesday that talks between Armenian and Azerbaijani Defense officials are underway, the Interfax news agency reported.
“Unless there is a peaceful agreement within a reasonable time – if the Azerbaijani army does not return to its original positions unconditionally – the Armenian armed forces have the right to resolve the issue in other ways, including by force,” the ministry said.

Russia, which has an Armenian military base, sent peacekeepers to the area last year to help strengthen the ceasefire.
