I mean, who doesn’t want to bake at this time of year? Not only is it a delicious thing to do when it gets cold outside, but also baked candy is a great gift for hosts, friends and family gatherings. This sweet potato cake is a high snack cake to serve with hot tea or coffee on fall and winter days. It takes on a lively milk-free cake in combination with a creamy cheese. If you also want to make a dairy-free frosting, keep in mind that you should cool it down, as vegetable-based cream cheeses tend to be softer than usual. You can make a cake egg with roasted pumpkin or canned pumpkin puree instead of sweet potato.
