He said a referee was positive for COVID-19, but they believed the other three close relationships scheduled for the match were so close that none of the teams would be available for the match.

The second game of the day is scheduled for Tuesday and the third is scheduled for next Thursday, both in Fort Lauderdale.

The teams split a two-match Twenty20 International series, with the US angering Ireland in the first match, but Ireland winning in the second.
