It doesn’t seem like I’ve been sharing the 2021 resolution for a long time break the script and have more fun, and now here we are, welcoming 2022. I know that resolutions can be polarizing, and I appreciate the fact that the “new year, you new” culture of the past years has been replaced by more about self-love and acceptance. However, I strongly believe that when we set goals, we are deliberately moving towards our dreams, and for me, the beginning of a new year is the strongest moment to do so. So this year, I wanted to share the tools I’ve created and used to consolidate my intentions over the last few years. It’s a humble document that helps me live more goals. I have molded it as an A Workbook for setting vision and goals You can download and use it to define your “why”, and live 2022 with all your heart!

In my set of perspectives, I define my main priorities for the next year in each area of my life: relationships, career, health, personal, spiritual, and financial growth. Then I express a powerful thing that I can do in each of these areas to achieve the highest traction to achieve my goal. It helps me see how the year looks like in an organized way so that I can review and remember it on a daily basis. For me, that visualization, plus a tactical plan for the job, is the secret to the real traction of living our fullest lives.

This practice also allows us to see our transformation and celebrate our milestones. A quick personal example: One of my favorite things about running a business is setting goals with my team, then seeing each other use their own unique strengths to achieve great things together. This year, we have reached an important milestone on the website: more than 100 million page views in 2021! Behind that number were nights spent picking up on good stories, rehearsed recipes, lots of zooming, long days of shooting, making mistakes, learning from them, and trying again. The numbers are great, but it’s even more exciting to see the journey we took to get there and the personal growth that each of us has experienced in the process. Ours goal-setting practice not only did it help us to set a goal, it also helped us to see how far we could go. It wasn’t until we revisited the goals we set at the beginning of the year that I realized we had exceeded them.

And that’s it Sight workbook everything is. It’s not about the destination, it’s about the tremendous personal growth that can happen over the course of a year. Our goals are just the right road signs: we are moving in the right direction.
