Aerodyne Malaysia’s dronetech company expands to Scandinavia – Wired PR Lifestyle Story

A few weeks later in conjunction with flood search and rescue efforts, Malaysian company Aerodyne Group It has announced the signing of a strategic partnership with Norwegian dronetech company Astralution.

Together, they will offer Drone-as-a-Service (DaaS) and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions in the Scandinavian region, enabling the growth of Aerodyne.

Astralution’s starting point is in aviation and oil and gas crisis management, and this partnership will help digitize the sector by adding sensors and another layer of data analysis to the value chain.

According to Deloitte, this could lead to cost savings of up to $ 20 billion in equipment failures and repairs.

Kamarul A Muhamed, the founder and CEO of Aerodyne, said in a press release: “By 2020, the total renewable capacity in Denmark and Norway was 9,677 megawatts and 37.2 terawatts, respectively; management.”

In addition, the EU intends to install 30 gigawatt wind farms every year from 2021 to 2030.

He continued, “There is a great opportunity to break data barriers in the oil and gas sector, with the potential to improve the way data is standardized, integrated and analyzed.”

He believes that Aerodyne’s AI asset management solution, Vertikaliti, will provide:

• Save up to 90% with smart oil and gas control systems,
• 35% savings in operating costs for wind turbine analysis, and
• Productivity for solar panel inspections has increased by up to 97%.

To date, Aerodyne has managed more than 560,000 infrastructure assets with 458,058 flight operations, and manages more than 380,000 km of energy infrastructure worldwide in 35 countries.

Looking at its site, the map of the 35 countries where Aerodyne is located does not yet include Scandinavia, but it is not the first time it has entered the region.

It was his first time in 2018, when AtSite bought a 60% stake in the Danish turbine inspection company. But in 2020, Aerodyne later disbanded its shares, citing a realignment of targets and a better focus on resources.

In September 2021, a report by Drone Industry Insights (DRONEII) named it Aerodyne. the world’s first remote sensing company, after finishing second or third in recent years.
