Bangladesh brings four new faces after a bad T20 World Cup campaign

Bangladesh have called up four newcomers to their 16-man team to play in the Pakistan Twenty20 this month.
The big changes were in response to the disappointing performances at the T20 World Cup in the United Arab Emirates and Oman, where Bangladesh did not secure a victory in the Super 12. Bangladesh also beat Scotland in the preliminaries.
Initial batsman Najmul Hossain Shanto and Aminul Islam were remembered as the rotating leg with new batsmen Saif Hassan and Yasir Ali Chowdhury, along with wicketkeeper Akbar Ali and pelota player Shohidul Islam.

Opener Liton Das, fast bowler Soumya Sarkar and Rubel Hossain, who did not play in the T20 World Cup, left, and players from all over Shakib Al Hasan and Mohammad Saifuddin were unable to attend due to injuries.
Another missing player in the T20 World Cup in Bangladesh was Mushfiqur Rahim, who rested according to main selector Minhajul Abedin.
Mushfiqur, who needs one more game to be the second Bangladeshi in the 100 T20, won 95 races in the championship, including half a century against Sri Lanka.
Named Mushfiqur as Bangladesh’s best batsman, Minhajul said he had rested to stay fresh in the two test matches following the T20 series.
“As Tamim Iqbal is not available in the test series due to his injury, we want to keep our best batsmen fresh before the test series,” he said.
