(Reuters) – It plunged 12.14% on Saturday to $ 47,176.09 and lost $ 6,567.6 since the previous close.

Bitcoin, the world’s largest and most popular cryptocurrency, fell 31.6% from its annual high of $ 69,000 on November 10th.

Ether, the currency associated with the ethereum blockchain network, fell 10.14% to $ 3,794.61 on Saturday, losing $ 428.19 on the previous close.
