This is the Best Blueberry Muffin Recipe

This may be the most controversial edition ever baked. (See before: baked pumpkin bread, baked ginger molasses biscuit, and dark chocolate flavor). I love the blueberry muffin. Simplicity and taste are hard to beat and believe me, I basically love to call the cake a “breakfast” and get away with it. I mean, it has fruit, and the ones that explode the blueberries are my favorite. So naturally, I wanted to find the best blueberry muffin recipe on the internet.

When I threw other tastes at my dad and brother (I was a resident tester at my Texas home) they were all there. As usual, strong opinions and convictions about what makes a winner in any gift and fun are a fun weekend activity for us. While we’re leaving the main baking season with all the holiday-themed biscuits and desserts, a new variety of light-flavored and quick-baked desserts is on offer in the summer. Nothing screams summer dessert for me like a fruit-laden fruit that feels and tastes the sun. The three of us like a muffin that we like, and like all good baked goods, we started with a lively discussion about something that makes a good muffin, the most important of which includes all the blueberries.

Road rules:

As always, all recipes are followed as written, with no adaptation to personal taste or taste preferences.

Classification Guidelines:

  1. They should taste like blueberries.
  2. We don’t like super sweet muffins, we want to taste more than sugar.
  3. The texture should be moist and smooth, but not from battered bleeds.
  4. Bonus points for some textured topping.

What made this baking very hard is that all of them are legitimately good recipes. I would make 100% of any of these recipes again. So, our rankings reached the point of personal preferences based on the guidelines above and we were able to average our three separate rankings.

So without further ado, keep scrolling for the winner of the scroll blueberry muffin oven!

I call this the pancake muffin. My brother and I thought this muffin was similar to blueberry muffin shaped pancakes. Overall, the muffin recipe was good. What I didn’t realize before cooking was that this recipe has a resting place and has a temperature switch in the oven that will help with the cupola shape of the muffin, both of which are fine steps, but need to pause in the oven while it rests and then place around the oven. to lower half. I don’t think this step really changed that, so it became an additional difficulty in the process. The muffin was good, the texture was flat like a pancake, and all three of us enjoyed it. I think he would throw it out of the oven warm and with salted butter and maple syrup. Like pancakes. Next time I would add a few lemon peels to brighten things up a bit and add some flavor depth, but overall, no complaints.

“I never knew this was what I wanted in a cupcake.” – brother

Everyone. This blueberry muffin was good to eat. Although my father was not a fan of the texture that was slightly more decorated than cake, my brother and I were obsessed with this. This is the first batch of muffins we finished on the days we created the oven. The taste is tastier than the others I liked because I didn’t like the delicious sweet desserts, and the crumbly sweetness was classic. The next two things I would change next time is to exchange lemon extract for a ton of lemon peel, as we all prefer a more natural flavor than an extract and add some blueberries, but overall again, we liked this muffin.

“That’s all I want in a blueberry muffin.” – brother

This is arguably the internet’s favorite blueberry muffin recipe. Let’s be honest, basically everything that comes from Deb’s kitchen is a winner – my brother would agree. He ranked this as # 1, without losing a rhythm. However, I found it too sweet above the sugar. The recipe emphasizes that you should use a whole teaspoon of sugar turbine, which, I agree, gives my brother a huge crispy crest winner but it was too sweet for me. The texture of the muffin was amazing, kind of pastel and fluffy. A fine, sweet lemon flavor came out, which can be seen from the lemon peel on the muffin that pairs the servants very well. The blueberry distribution was also good and we all said it yes, we could taste the blueberry. Overall, I agree with the internet that this is a great blueberry muffin recipe, which I will recreate next time with a little less sugar on top.

“I could eat thirty of these.” – brother

Sarah Kieffer doesn’t mislead me when it comes to bakeries, and based on the fact that my brother ate almost the entire tray we were tasting, I knew this recipe was another winner. This recipe is simple, faithful to the name and quick to make the weekend proud. My brother and I said that this recipe reminded us of a homemade Crustacean muffin and would be perfect for kids who might be hanging out in the kitchen. It doesn’t have to be the complexity of other recipes, but rather has it as a great muffin in the basic ahabian. Milk butter and lemon zest give a nice shine to the taste without dominating it, and they act as a compliment to the kites more than any other main character. The muffin was light and smooth and packed with exploding blueberries. I really can’t add anything, because you guys can eat thirty muffins too.

I remember seeing Michelle the founder of Hummingbird High when Michelle made this recipe to mimic the famous blueberry muffins Levain Bakery He was recently and immediately amazed at his Instagram stories in New York — That height! That cracked peak! All those blueberries! Everyone, this is a muffin recipe that I will be making for a long time. The texture of the muffin is sweet and smooth, part of which I credit with the almond flour mixed with AP flour, adding this layer of interest to the taste of real muffin. I was a little skeptical in the recipe part, Michelle asked me to crush until part of the blueberry in your hands was juicy, I thought, but won’t they bleed into the bloodstream? They don’t, and instead add an extra flavor of unexploded blueberry to the muffins. And let’s not forget to talk about the peaks. The sugar on top of these muffins is burnt and gives them a nice crispy top. It’s a nice contrasting texture with smooth, damp interiors. I am in favor of this recipe.

It was hard to judge, because they are all really good blueberry muffin recipes suitable for all coming summer fruits. Which one will you try first?
