MONTERREY, Mexico (Reuters) – Mexico’s Cemex, one of the world’s largest cement companies, said Friday that the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) had shut down an investigation into the company for violating antitrust laws.
Cemex also reported a fine of around € 68 million ($ 77 million) following the Spanish authorities’ audits of operations from 2010 to 2014.
