About Michael Ralby
Michael Ralby is a 30-year veteran of the financial industry, an entrepreneur and an award-winning amateur and professional athlete. He entered the field at the age of 24 and quickly made a name for himself in the bond sector working for private companies and large corporations; First Miami Securities, Smith Barney, Ralby Asset Management, JW Gennesis Securities, Above the line Consulting, Oppenheim & Co., Morgan Stanley and Ralby Enterprises.
He excelled at connecting and cultivating relationships with his clients through home counseling sessions. At the age of 25, he got his first million-dollar bond trade. Since then, he has successfully managed multi-million dollar portfolios in times of crisis, including the 911, 1987, 1993 and 1994 market disasters, the 2008 housing crisis, and the Ponzi schemes of the late 2000s.
In 2018 Michael moved away from Wall Street in search of other interests. He has transferred his skills to making deals to grow technology-based startups in the healthcare and entertainment sectors. These efforts include mIR Scientific, an innovative prostate screening test that uses 99% more accurate blood than urine; and YipTV. YipTV is a patented live streaming service aimed at Spanish and English consumers in Latin America in exchange for a minimum monthly subscription fee.
Michael is also a published author. His written experiences in the bond market appeared in Volume III of the book Money Matters and he is currently writing an e-book, which is a wide-ranging discussion of his experience in the financial industry. His most important and rewarding role in life is to be the proud father of Max and Noah. In his spare time, Michael enjoys practicing yoga, cooking and playing tennis.
