Spain called up Brais Méndez to replace the injured Yéremy Pino ahead of the decisive World Cup qualifiers.
Pino was the third player to be left out of injury before the Greek match against Greece and Sweden in Group B of the European qualifiers.
Pino injured a muscle on Sunday when Vila-real beat Getafe 1-0 in the Spanish league.

Spanish coach Luis Enrique has already had to replace Barcelona players Ansu Fati and Eric García for injuries in the 3-3 match played at Celta Vigo on Saturday.
Fati was joined by Raúl de Tomás and García Diego Llorente.
Spain is two points behind the leading team in Sweden. La Roja plays third-placed Greece on Thursday and will host Sweden on Sunday.
