JC: The scary thing I wanted to mention is with everyone … Obviously, Apple promotes interoperability so people can get to buy and use more of its services, but that will create an even bigger bubble that people experience. in. And you see, we all know about the green bubble effect and iMessage, who use iPhones and send text messages to Android users and get a green bubble instead of a blue bubble, and sometimes these people can be treated differently. if they could get a blue bubble.
AS: It makes me physically sick.

The concern is that people are settling more and more into this Apple ecosystem, if you give people a negative experience, maybe because they can’t buy a Mac and buy a Windows machine, but if there is experience it’s annoying that Apple users have a relationship with that other person, and then people they can literally change the way they act in the face of it. That’s what happened and I think it’s one of the problems that Apple decides how to treat people who don’t buy their devices.

AS: So this past week, there have been a lot of articles about what will be a hot mess for everyone this summer. No one knows what they will do. So my recommendation is for everyone to wear a two-piece swimsuit and put it on themselves. Two friends from WIRED have bought a two-piece swimsuit from Bay Swimwear. It’s a recycled women’s company, and they fit in really well. They move on. I don’t know what you’ll be wearing in the summer, but my recommendation is to actually keep a swimsuit.
MC: Very nice. Do I also need to get two pieces? Is that your advice to me?
AS: Yes. And then we’re all going to wear two paired pieces to eat, Mike. It will be horrible.
MC: Julian, what is your recommendation?
JC: So I hate threads, which is why working at WIRED is weird. But overall, when I’m setting up my desk, I have a system, I try to hide all the wires I can, and I used this hundred-dollar table I bought from Amazon and used the used tape to hide it. all the threads behind the walls. Again, a great idea, because that will remove your paint. Then I’m testing this table from this company called Secretlab. They make play chairs and other equipment for home furniture. This new table is designed to hide and support all your cables. There are a variety of accessories available with magnets that you can stick on the bottom of the table. All this makes it very easy to hide everything and make it look very wireless.
