New year, new me. Is not it? Well, somehow. I’m not really a fan of decisions, or the idea that we should make a full 180 to the person we were last year. However, I am always enthusiastic start the new year feeling fresh and returning to routines that are a bit blurry during the holidays.
As a vegetarian and plant-based eater, I already have fruits and vegetables every day for meals. With the start of the new year and enjoying the holidays, I wanted to go back to full food-based meals and routines without feeling deprived. Have I made a way this year? Plant-based, committed to eating full of food Daily harvest food for breakfast, lunch and dinner all week.
I was already a fan of the Daily Harvest Smoothies, but I didn’t dare try their other options. To be honest, I’ve never been a fan of prepared meals. They often seem like mild flavors to me or are not filling enough to immerse me in a night cookie hunt. Or even worse, I have to make up for the lack of enough food and I have to prove that the prepared meal is with a bunch of supplements or a supplement. After all, I think this type defeats the purpose of comfort. However, I am open to trying out new ways to access it more fruits and vegetables, and excited to see what I would think of the Daily Harvest outside of the smoothies (and more importantly, if the meals satisfied me during the entire holiday reset!)
And if you want to see it for yourself, you can use my code CAMILLE $ 40 off your first box!
I first tried Daily Harvest Smoothies a couple of years ago, and have been storing them in the freezer ever since. The convenience of having almost ready options that include zero preparation but includes ingredients that give me the variety I want is irreplaceable. I also like to serve my daily fruits and vegetables by adding only ingredients and a liquid to the blender. As part of my return to the post-holiday routine, I was excited to experiment with the full range of Daily Harvest collections.
If you’ve never tried Daily Harvest, let me give you a summary.
I use the weekly delivery plan regularly (but you can also choose monthly). I like the flexible shipping option to pause the weeks I travel or have a full freezer for recipe testing (and if I have to skip a week there is a helpful email alert). There will be enough variety of services, so I love everything it has to offer Daily harvest it is already plant-based. And it includes over 100 options! The food is always gluten-free and dairy-free, and without gum, preservatives and anything artificial, so it works for almost everyone.
What I love most about the daily harvest is that it’s as easy to get back into the routine as it is to put the ingredients in a pan or oven. No preparation required, no shopping list of ingredients that will fade in the back of the fridge, and no food wasted! As a recipe promoter, I enjoy cooking and baking and being creative in the kitchen, however I It needs comfortable options that are as tasty as anything I could make on my own. That’s what I really focus on in my daily harvest. I can spend the whole day trying out recipes and then relying on something easy and delicious when dinner comes along.
To get back to the routine, I relied on the collections below to help during the week.
So let’s turn to Harvest Bakes. Of all the foods in the Daily Harvest, the new collection may be my favorite supplement for my weekly submissions.
So let’s start with the best part. No preparation is required outside of preheating your oven. The Harvest Bakes cook for just 20 minutes – baked in every home flavor, but no hard work! This opportunity made for a perfect dinner as part of my return to routine, and as they are packed with healthy protein and fiber, I was absolutely thrilled. The portions are large enough to share, save for later, or save for you.
The real test of how good these are? Testing my brothers with me. He was visiting the village, and I knew that if he tried and liked it, they would work for anyone. Not only is it incredibly picky with its flavors and ingredients, it really needs to make its dinner prosperous. I thought I’d need some extra ingredients like egg or avocado to feel like a full dinner, or to enjoy the flavors with a bunch of sauce and topping.
Judgment? “I think this is something I would love to see want me eating more than anything be jan. Much better than any other dinner I’ve ever prepared for a freezer. It’s really fulfilling. I would eat this again. ”
Everyone, if the Daily Harvest gets my brother’s seal of approval, the food will serve anyone.
We both loved it so much Cremini + Smoked Paprika Old Clothes with bananas. With some sour cream without milk and chopped cilantro and green onions. I was a big fan Giant beans + artichoke oil it would also burn completely to make a quick and convenient dinner in the oven during these cold winter months. And my brother loved it Squash + Wild Gratin Rice, we topped it with fresh basil and a bit of lemon. They taste delicious and I like to put the baking tray in the oven and make a full dinner on a whim.
I consider the post-holiday restoration a success thanks to these peacekeepers who keep my dinners delicious and satisfying.
Although there are so many things to juggle today, being able to access my daily fruits and vegetables in a convenient and easy way is one less thing to worry about thanks to my Day Harvest submissions. I’m sure I’ll follow the ways to store the smoothies, and I can’t wait to start getting into my regular Harvest Bakes and Scoops submissions.
