Napoli center-back Kalidou Koulibaly has tested positive at COVID-19 for working internationally with Senegal at the Cameroon Africa Cup of Nations, the Serie A club said on Saturday.
Senegal will open its campaign on Monday in Group B against Zimbabwe.

Senegal were due to leave Dakar on Wednesday, but the trip was delayed to try the team again, following positive cases from midfielders Pape Matar Sarr and Nampalys Mendy and striker Mame Baba Thiam. Victor Seh Cisse, the general secretary of the Senegalese Football Federation, said that six other staff members had also tested positive.
On Thursday, Christmas captain Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and teammate Mario Lemina gave positive results when they arrived at Yaound airport for tests, putting their participation in the tournament in jeopardy.
