Kuwait has formed a new cabinet with a new finance minister, including three opposition lawmakers, following a clash between previous governments and parliament.

Oil Minister Mohammad al-Fares was re-appointed in a new cabinet announced on Tuesday.

Abdul Wahab al-Rasheed, the head of the Kuwaiti Economic Association, replaced Khalifa Hamada as finance minister.
