KUALA LUMPUR (Reuters) – Malaysian supplier Dyson is investigating ATA IMS after allegations of forced labor, and the company has been charged with four violations, the labor department said on Saturday.
“The complaints were mainly due to the deplorable working and living conditions and the fact that foreign workers were forced to work overtime,” he told Reuters in an email.
The company complained of violating minimum standards for staff accommodation, he added.
