Chris has had several careers in the real estate industry for over 25 years. In the 1990s, he built more than 100 single-family homes. Between 94-2000, he owned a Realty Executives franchise in Massachusetts before selling his business to Coldwell Banker. Today, in Newport, the RI family business still buys 4 to 10 properties per month through lease purchases and owner financing. They have made more than $ 75 million in transactions.

He is committed to ongoing training and helping others grow their real estate investment business to its full potential. This forced them to start sharing their strategies and perspectives with others who wanted to build wealth outside of their core business. He has trained more than 30,000 people across the U.S. and Canada over the past 17 years.
