Occupied East Jerusalem – Israeli occupation forces shot dead a Palestinian settler and wounded three others with stabbing and stabbing, including two policemen.
The violence took place on Sunday morning in the Old City, leading to the Bab al-Silsila (chain gate) combination of the Al-Aqsa mosque in occupied East Jerusalem.
According to local reports, the 42-year-old Palestinian Fadi Abu Shkheidem was identified as a resident of the Shuafat refugee camp in Jerusalem.
The settler, who was 30 years old, suffered a head injury and died as a result of his injuries when he was taken to hospital, Israeli media reported.
Another Israeli settler, 46, was in a stable condition, Hadassah Medical Center said in a statement. Two 30- and 31-year-old police officers were also lightly injured.
