Launched in 2008, This has always strived to be a leading local IT provider. Well-known services include a suite of Adobe Creative Cloud products, from Adobe Photoshop and Adobe After Effects to Adobe Sign.

The partnership began in 2014, when Natalie Sit, the group’s CEO, predicted that the creative cloud would become a powerful tool in the future, and thus become the first advocate.

As you can see, this could be the reason for its growth, and since 2018, Cetar has been recognized as an Adobe Platinum Partner for its long experience in providing branded products.

Not only that, but since its writing in December 2021, it has been Cetar Adobe Platinum Partner only All over Malaysia. This means that it is the only local IT provider that meets the requirements set by Adobe, which achieves the highest levels of sales performance and customer engagement in its region.

With this recognition, the team is able to offer customers much more value when it comes to purchasing Adobe products, which is why its motto is, “Make it Different”.

Basically, Cetar can offer customers more specialized services than just selling Adobe products.

In doing so, Cetar has focused more on showing customers the benefits of Adobe Sign through demonstrative webinars.

Through these webinars, the team demonstrates how companies can harness the potential of Adobe Sign, which is only possible through the team’s deep understanding of the product.

2. Digital campaigns to boost the creative industry

Aside from webinars, Cetar also organizes internal events where it collaborates with Adobe speakers. Customers who rely on Adobe products for their day-to-day operations will be the main listeners, where they will receive the most up-to-date information.

This is also a trusted partner in Malaysia to hold an annual design competition called Adobe Creative Associates (ACA) Championship Malaysia, and then the best performances will be submitted to the world stage.

In fact, the winner of the 2021 ACA World Championships was a Malaysian named Danny Tse Wei Chun, whom we interviewed. here.

A graduate of Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) with a degree in Digital Animation, Danny won 65,000 worldwide competition in design to become the champion after the final 6-hour competition.

3. Growing the next generation of creativity

Following on from the above, this represents the dedication of children to having more than one Adobe vendor, and instead becoming a key player in bridging the gap between industry and education.

After all, what good are all these digital tools if no one really knows how to use them? This is the crucial role that Esther has played in building a talent repository for technology companies.

4. Tailor-made workshops and onboarding training for companies

Sometimes webinars aren’t enough to help users get the most out of their Adobe products, so this is where Estaar’s tailor-made workshops and in-house training come in handy.

Adapted workshops determine how to use the products, at the end of which participants can receive a certificate of completion to show that they have improved their skills.

In the meantime, companies that are just starting to use Adobe products may need a little more hands-on, so the Cetar team will help them incorporate them so that they can implement the tools more effectively in their operations.

Adobe has more than just creative tools

Although Adobe may be known for its creative tools, it’s like products Adobe Acrobat Pro DC and Adobe Sign the aim is to promote more efficient digital workflows within companies.

Basically, Adobe Sign is an electronic signature tool that allows recipients to sign documents electronically by typing their name or uploading the signature to a computer. They can also draw signatures on a mobile device.

Adobe Sign adheres to the industry standard to be legal, tested, secure, auditable, and verifiable. The technology is implemented through a standard recognized by the data security industry, and additional optional measures can be taken to improve the process through OTP and passwords.

According to observations made by the Cetar team, many businesses continue to struggle with paper-based processes that are slow, prone to error, and fragmented.

This way, Adobe Sign guarantees that users will:

  • Get signatures in minutes, not days, and follow the entire process electronically;
  • Sign a document from anywhere, without registering on any device or downloading any software;
  • Easily add Adobe Sign to current systems and applications;
  • Sign documents electronically to ensure that they are protected by Adobe’s security and law enforcement.

Examples of companies that would benefit from Adobe Sign include construction, manufacturing, automotive, contracting, architecture, engineering, and medicine.

“These are industries that are highly dependent on inter-agency acceptance processes, where signing or filling gaps allows them to go one step further, and they need things to go fast,” Natalie told the Vulcan Post.

“In the long run, they can save on signature capture and printing costs by turning their workflow into a paperless process.”

With the importance of flexible working and a distance work culture, Cetar is doubling down on ensuring that customers understand the added value they can deliver when it comes to Adobe products.

Birbranding for the next phase of growth

Although Cetar has been providing its services and products professionally for a long time, Natalie and her team now believe it is time to innovate the brand so that they can focus even more on their operations.

To do this, it is undergoing more than just a change of logo and look, but it will also expand its team by hiring more talent with different and specialized skill sets to better serve customers.

At the moment, Cetar estimates that they have a market share of 20-30% in the IT industry segment, and with this recognition as an Adobe Platinum Partner and its brand change exercise, Natalie shared that they hope to get one soon. 50% market share in Malaysia.
