Content Marketing Director

We’re hiring a growth-oriented marketing leader who will strategize, execute, and oversee the distribution of site content across platforms, from social media to email newsletter. The ideal candidate has strong creative vision, collaboration skills, and a positive mindset to help us grow site traffic and raise brand awareness. She creates shareable content and can bring to life big picture goals in a fast-growing company. She’s passionate about inspiring women to create the life of their dreams through our value-driven content.

Responsibilities

• Strategize and execute digital content strategies across all online platforms.
• Drive increased traffic and engagement that translates to KPIs and revenue.
• Work with a range of digital formats, from WordPress to social platforms to email.
• Translate and implement up-to-date SEO strategies.
• Manage writers, production, and SEO specialist to integrate content across platforms.
• Write and edit copy for short-form communications.
• Maintain brand aesthetic through a refined eye and visual standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing for publisher or brand in relevant categories
• Previous experience managing team members
• Experience using SEO strategies to grow site traffic
• Excellent writing and editing skills for social and email marketing
• Innovative and creative
• Strong understanding of all social media platforms
• Strong understanding of email marketing communications and list growth
• Proficiency in Google Analytics
• Displays leadership, team building, clear communication and collaboration
• Detail-oriented with excellent planning and organizational skills
• Works well under pressure in a fast-paced digital environment
