Why we love: This sushi roll salmon bowl it’s the way I like to enjoy all the bright citrus flavors I crave in the summer. Why we love: The best part of this Soba noodle bowl is that you don’t have to wait for a party to brag about this recipe. Why not make a big pot of soba noodles on Sunday night and fill the fridge with a bowl of prepared vegetables waiting to be thrown together for a week full of delicious meals? It’s not much easier – or healthier – than that for a week-long holiday around the table. Be warned though: it will create serious envy for colleagues.
