Once again it’s Tyson Fury’s world. The “Gypsy King” held its WBC and online heavyweight tournaments against Deontay Wilder with an 11th round TKO on Saturday night in Las Vegas.

Fury got a much stiffer test than he saw in the rematch, the challenger fell twice in the fourth round and almost finished. But Fury managed to get clean shots over the next few rounds and leave Wilder in the 10th round. Although Wilder returned to his feet to continue, it wasn’t long before Fury gave the final touches to the victory. The referee signaled a penalty for the home side after 80 minutes, amid vocal protests from the visitors.

Meanwhile, the undercard was also delivered in its own way. Another heavyweight rematch saw a similar result as Robert Helenius stopped Adam Kownacki in the sixth round to get closer to a title shot. The veteran surprisingly stopped Kowancki in March 2020 and had to repeat the feat on Saturday to be considered a legitimate threat. Helenius struck Kownack early and frequently, leading the Polish power to use dirty tactics, and he was eventually stripped of a point after numerous low blows.
