Venkat Avasarala discusses helping people with real estate investments generate income

What are the challenges for people who want to invest in real estate?

Avasarala says many questions and obstacles can arise when someone is considering whether to build wealth through real estate investments.

“Or, they’re playing with a lot of responsibility, (or) sometimes they want to invest in real estate, but they don’t know how to get there,” Avasarala explained. The good news is that such dilemmas can be quickly resolved by contacting people who are experts in the real estate field. “The best way to gain knowledge (to gain knowledge) is to meet someone who has done it before,” he advises.

How can Stryker Properties help?

Founded in 2016, Stryker Properties began with apartments built in the 1960s and 80s, and since then, the company has made more than a dozen transactions worth more than $ 300 million. Avasarala says its main focus is to meet with its investors and acquire apartments (added value and land development) and land development, which is the purchase, development and sale of land for profit.

Avasarala says Stryker currently works with about 1,000 investors, improving existing apartments and investing in options that develop new apartments, giving people the opportunity to invest hard-earned money in the right place.
