What do you eat the day after Thanksgiving? – Wired PR Lifestyle Story

thanks for the leftover turkey sandwich

As we go to Thanksgiving, and we bombard our eyes with turkey and Arabic and discuss what you call “filling” or “dressing up,” I’d like to talk about something fun …

… And that is the food that happens outside a holiday, for example, the day after Thanksgiving, when you want to make the best use of your leftovers, or when you’re tired of food beige and butter on the weekend and want completely different flavors. (Joana’s friend always plans for this lasagna).

Personally, I’m a big fan of Leftover Sandwich (pictured above: turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, and cranberry sauce piled on top of good white bread and soaked in sauce), but turkey pot pie the second is close. And I, too, am on Team Lasagna – I always have a pile of Italian-prepared food (lasagna, eggplant rollatini, chicken parm, manicotti) waiting in the freezer, ready to spread for the weekend when the culinary fatigue becomes very, very real. .

What about you? Tell me the strategies and recipes you depend on to get through the long weekend. I would like to know…

PS Fun things to say thank you after dinner and a Thanksgiving is a special, but curious, collection of dishes.
