Every year at this time, I say the same thing …
“This year, I’ll find a dramatic and delicious holiday cookie that will create oooohs and ahhhhs from both kids and adults. ” I save messages on Instagram, and listen to the last one holiday baking book. But then, of course, I usually go back to my old, basic life sugar biscuit what my daughter does with her grandmother every year. They’re perfect, always, but I’m sure that’s because a healthy spoonful of sentimentality is baked into the dough.
But last year, after forty months of the month, when the habit of leaving holiday cookie boxes at the door went higher, I was able to somehow complete this top assembly (Zebra Cookies, Toasted Almond Snow Cookies, Gingerbread Cookies and Mint skin). It was a lot of work, but it was a success in the end, mostly because it gave me an excuse to say goodbye to my loved ones.
So now I would like to ask: What is your holiday cookie display? What do you do year after year? Or what new bar, ball, saber, bark or drop are you planning to make this season?
