Lost connections
The Rocki app may use some work. It is slow and rough. Although my internet provider takes some of the blame, it’s not Optimum’s fault.
First, you need to connect to the Internet every time you open the app. That’s annoying, even though the internet is great, but so is my service provider also it causes me problems to disconnect and restart. I can’t say I’m surprised because the app has started to affect controlled products, but it’s still disappointing and expects Huxley Rocki to look forward to when her friend launches.
After testing different networks, the connection process was easier. But still, the app can be slow to load, often disconnects, and has trouble connecting to the bot. I saw it exit the app and reopen or delete it and download it again several times. Rocki Robot is new and the only product of the company, but the price is too high to justify this kind of customer experience, especially they to control through the application. I hope to finally release some updates.
Inviting Wi-Fi enabled cameras to your home is a big concern. As many of us find it security cameras useful, even the most reputable companies they have been hacked or have safety breaks.
