You can turn on the feature in the Phone application Settings> Spam and call screen> Call screen. From now on, if you enable automatic call detection, every time you receive a phone call from certain phone numbers, the phone will not call, and instead you receive a silent notification that Google is detecting a phone call.
What type of phone will be displayed? That’s up to you. If you prefer not to give Google too much control, manual call screening is a great option. You do not need to do anything special to activate this. Instead, when you receive a phone call, you have an additional button. In addition to being able to answer or reject a call, you can ask Google to display the call.
When that happens, Google will ask the other end of the line to identify you. Their answer will be transcribed into the texture so you can read it as you said. The feature will give you options to track basic questions, and if the call is not worth your time, you can press red to hang up and Google will tell the other person that you are not available before the call ends.
At any time, however, you can receive the call and replace it with Google. You’re never caught waiting for Google to finish a sentence and you’ll immediately connect with the other extreme person. This is perhaps the most useful feature of Google calls, as it allows you to filter out automated calls or telemarketing. While legitimate callers can be confused, the feature generally explains the caller well enough to interact with him or her and get in touch with you without much trouble.
Leave Google waiting for you
Sitting closed is the worst thing. But if a customer service line will use an automated system to wait until it’s ready for you, why not use the same tactics?
