22 healthy coffee alternatives that give me a boost – Wired PR Lifestyle Story

[ad_1]

When I left coffee more than two years ago, I had no idea what I was up to. I was about to enter the year Sakara II Level Detoxification in a five-day wash when I found out I couldn’t have coffee. Instead of freaking out, I decided to go for the cold turkey. It can’t be that hard, were my last famous words, because you will tell me, quitting coffee was very hard, very hard even with the help of delicious healthy alternative coffee.

If you are addicted to caffeine or want to know how to quit coffee, prepare it for some very actual side effects. I’ve been talking about headaches and body aches from the waist down for three days, 24 hours a day. Yes, it wasn’t easy, but the silver coating made me realize my sensitivity to caffeine. I am much better than that. It relieved anxiety, improved sleep and gave me glowing skin! Needless to say, I no longer have a mid-morning caffeine accident.

That doesn’t mean I gave up coffee altogether. By no means. My morning ritual depends on the ceremony to prepare the perfect cup. Who is with me? Now, I drink decaffeinated. I also grind my decaffeinated coffee in ours Rancilio Rocky Espresso Coffee Grinder (We bought ours on Craigslist) and threw the perfect shot at ours Gaggia Classic Pro (My husband and I got together for Christmas).

After taking decaffeinated, I usually make a golden latte or other healthy coffee and some days I also have a matcha (yes, it contains caffeine, but the health benefits are more than bad, later more!) Read more to find out when I need a boost without accident the sweet coffee substitutes I have. I’ve listed them in two sections: healthy caffeine-free coffee alternatives and caffeinated ones as well. But if you have caffeine sensitivity, you can skip the second section altogether!

Healthy coffee alternatives to caffeine:

Although these healthy coffee alternatives contain caffeine, they do not have the potential to cause coffee. Often, the way our bodies process the side effects of caffeine is different depending on the drink, as options like tea can have milder physical effects than coffee.

That’s why I include decaffeinated coffee options in the caffeine section. Even with low caffeine, some still feel the effects. If you have caffeine sensitivity, choose the completely caffeine-free options we described above.
