Meal Name: Maple Cauliflower Power Containers, as part of me “Balanced life” meal plan

Preparation time: 30 minutes

Summary of ingredients: rainbow quinoa, cauliflower, pecans, shallots, kale, dried cranberries, turmeric, maple syrup, nutritional yeast, green goddess dress up

Hope vs. reality:

How long did it really take?
Actually, it took me about 25 minutes from start to finish.

Was it easy to prepare?
It’s very simple, even if it’s my only advice: I reduced the pots and pans I used in the same cauldron and sautéed on the street (one after the other). Always looking for places to ease the burden of dishes!

How did it taste?
I loved the flavor combination of these ingredients. The sautéed cauliflower in golden turmeric was incredibly good on its own. I realized I had the cauliflower head in the fridge, so I doubled the cauliflower I had made and had the leftovers to throw in the salad for lunch the next day. Sauteed cabbage, it was worth a restaurant with cane and pecans; it was simple but had a very complex flavor, it was also won by her husband Adam, who is on the fence around the street.

Final judgment:

Being someone who loves cooking, I’ve actually never been interested in meal distribution kits, as I like the process of making a meal from scratch, I didn’t really see the point. That said, I’m in a busy season of life, and during the week, my cooking process is very fast with after-school activities for the kids and I end my workday. Lately, on weekends, I don’t want to offer much preparation for Sunday meals. Well, I’m so glad I tried Green Chef because it felt like I was cooking, but I had a chef by my side doing all that preparation work for me!

The ingredients were very fresh, and I especially liked knowing what organic was – the “conventional” item (xalota) was clearly labeled. My husband and I accepted that it was one of those vegetarian dishes that you didn’t lose meat. It was absolutely gratifying, packed with protein, and the perfect way to start the week when we were looking for a solid idea for the #meatlessmonday dinner.

Meal Name: Spicy Chicken and Fried Vegetables, as my part “Keto + Paleo” meal plan

Preparation time: 20 minutes

Summary of ingredients: rub chicken, cashews, broccoli, pepper, green cabbage, spicy ginger lime aioli, chilli and ginger spice

Hope vs. reality:

How long did it really take?
It took me about 20 minutes. I love how easy it can be, but delicious.

Was it easy to prepare?
Almost all the ingredients were chopped, so it was just a matter of seasoning them in a pan and throwing everything away. It’s not much easier than that!

How did it taste?
I was amazed at how delicious the dish was even though it was very simple. I had to put aside the spicy ginger lime aioli because of the egg allergy, but even without that the taste was really given.

Final judgment:

This dish was very simple and delicious, and honestly, who doesn’t love fries? This I did in the middle of the work day for lunch, which is something I do in a very short amount of time. Usually on weekends I have to prepare a large batch of something to order for lunch or take away every day, and it can be quite boring. Since this fry was only done for 20 minutes, throwing it all together was a perfect break in the middle of the day.

Taking a quick break to prepare something delicious and healthy immediately enhanced my lunch experience. Also, the pre-split ingredients saved a lot of time, and I didn’t have to worry about “what for lunch?” the commotion that many have every day. Generally, Green Chef It saved me time, energy and money in the grocery store and then left me with a little unnecessary food.

Green Chef it also earns better points in my book for having keto, paleo and gluten-free dishes. I have a lot of food intolerances, they usually take me away from meal kit services, but they had plenty of options for me. Whether you also have allergies or are trying to eat in a certain way, I have seen that the plans are very much tailored to your dietary preferences. I felt excited after eating this excitement, instead of feeling like many of us suffer after lunch.

Meal Name: Tuscan White Beans and Azel Soup, as part of my work “Plant-based” meal plan

Preparation time: 35 minutes

Summary of ingredients: celeria, yellow onion, garlic, Northern beans, rainbow chard, onions, carrots, rosemary, basil and sage mixture, white wine vinegar, concentrated vegetable broth, multi-grain mini bread, crushed red pepper flakes.

Hope vs. reality:

How long did it really take?
My husband and I prepare and prepare all meals at home (Friday night is the night to take our house), so we think we are skilled home cooks and it took 35 minutes of cooking provided by this soup (maybe a little longer to get a bonus flavor) but worth it had.

Was it easy to prepare?
This recipe is completely flawed. Each component is split, so there are no errors. I think it’s a great option for a short time, for busy couples or for families like us who need easy and healthy meals that kids also enjoy. It’s a one-pot meal, so cleaning is also a breeze.

How did it taste?
Our family loves soup; we probably eat at least twice a week (even in the summer). So we had high hopes for this soup recipe, but it didn’t disappoint. I liked the more chewy texture of the rainbow chard with the smoothness of the large northern beans, and the celery gave it a flavor of winter broth with instant comfort in a meal. We had a cool spring evening and it was perfect. I tossed some feta over it instead of adding salt or parmesan and it was very tasty – highly recommended.

Final judgment:

As I mentioned earlier, my husband and I are the main foods; so we cook everything ourselves, which means we can be enthusiastic about eating. We’re vegetarian and gluten-free, so it’s usually easier to prepare meals at home to suit our dietary needs. While this soup comes with the bread, we skipped that part of the preparation and exchanged the gluten-free neat breads using the same seasoning as the box.

Overall, I couldn’t be happier Green Chef making it very easy for people with food allergies and dietary restrictions to prepare very tasty and nutritious meals that are very easy to prepare. Everything was so fresh and so easily labeled, there’s no way to get that wrong.

A, and she also passed the child’s taste test. Our son is almost 13 years old and unlike most children his age and younger, the savage is honest when he doesn’t like something, but I’m glad I informed him that he cleaned the boat. Now that makes me very happy mom.
