With summer in full swing, there’s no better time to celebrate what the season is all about: bold colors, bright flavors, candy, and cold drinks. So Camille asked me this summer to create fun ice cube recipes to improve the level of cocktails, snacks and lemonades. I was everything. With a season of celebrations, I turned to the most beautiful flowers and brightest flavors. our favorite summer drinks. I wanted to feature drinks that were refreshing but still full of flavor and easy to assemble.

Use these ice cube recipes as your guide, but feel free to fit and suit your tastes! Add a squirt or use different combinations of fruit and flowers. These are usually fun and bring a little moment of joy on summer days – so enjoy!

Chamomile and jasmine grass ice cubes

Okay, so let’s start with my favorite ice cubes in the range. Not only are they beautiful, they add flavor (and visual eye candy) to any basic lemonade recipe.

For ice cubes:
1. Fill an ice tray with the desired chamomile and jasmine flowers and small herbs. I used mint, thyme and basil. Fill the tray with water and freeze until firm.

Drinking:
1. Fill your glasses with frozen ice cubes and toss your favorite lemonade for an elevated summer lemonade packed with extra flavor or pour shiny water for refreshing summer evening gifts. Enjoy!

Marigold bright orange ice cubes

Marigolds are one of my favorite flowers, especially those grown in a house in India. These orange and gold blooms are considered beneficial and provide a good atmosphere at home for the celebrations. So it was special for me to add these to a drink. If you’ve never had marigolds, they have a very fine citrus flavor that blends very well with the drink and the orange tones feel great in the golden summer hours.

For ice cubes:
1. Fill an ice tray with marigold flowers, placing one or two flowers in each cube. Drain the water and freeze until firm.

Drinking:
1. Place ice cubes in glasses.
2. Pour in the orange soda you like (I like it
this) and add a little orange juice. Enjoy!

Matcha Ice Cubes

I’m a fan of matcha and I drink it more often than coffee in the mornings. If you’re not a fan of flavor, make sure you’re investing in good quality ceremonial matcha. I am a huge fan Paru Tea Unique Origin in Methodology. And using matcha as an ice cube keeps the flavor a little more subtle, making it a very fun way to celebrate green tea.

Sparkling pink ice cubes

This could be the most beautiful in the range. Not only does it look wonderful on the roses, but the combination of rose petals and bright pink hibiscus tea makes it feel extraordinarily beautiful.

For ice cubes:
1. Make the first bunch of ice cubes, put the pink flowers to eat on the ice cube tray. I used a round ice cube tray, but you can also make it in a large large ice cube tray. Drain the water and freeze until firm.
2. Make a second set of ice cubes, berry version. I used blackberries, raspberries and pomegranate seeds in a tray of ice cubes. Drain the water and freeze until firm.

Drinking:
1. Place ice cubes in glasses.
2. Pour over the glass of water until the glass is 3/4 full, and pour over the cold-soaked hibiscus tea. Enjoy!
