At the House of Pasadena with Kate Stamps – Wired PR Lifestyle Story
[ad_1]
For many fans of the classic style interiors of Kate and Odom Stamps, look at each of their charming and layered houses on top of each other. Popular Instagram feed it generates many cheerful and admirable comments. Perhaps it is because their insides are the antithesis of that equality we now see. These are not perfect rooms, but seemingly unexplored spaces that exude comfort, personality and a sense of living.
Experienced in renovating old houses, Odom, architect Stamps and Seals the couple creatively re-imagined the 1904 chariot house without enlarging the original footprint, but still doubling the living room. It still retains a homey feel, but now offers extra room to access a wide range of books and collections.
as well as a variety of spaces to read, relax, and entertain effortlessly.
Kate has also created interiors that have a charm, sensitivity, and an educated respect for history and a sense of place. With multiple layers, its rooms exude character, comfort and soul.

With a passion for antiques and fabrics and an impressive knowledge of the decorative arts and architecture, Kate and Odom continue to seek authenticity, quality and attention to detail in all their work.
Their new book, Stamps and seals, style and sensitivity shares house and project selection. Although these houses may be in style, from bohemian, below,
with formal Georgian, they share a layered eclecticism that resonates personally for each client. Odom added charm by adding booths to the bedroom downstairs, and Kate filled them with an attractive range of fabrics, antiques, and art.
For a house in Los Angeles, Odom designed a new loggia with bold columns and trellis, below, a floor reclaimed from a demolished French castle, and Kate equipped with a mix of new and old furniture and accessories. For all those who love timeless style and quiet, sophisticated luxury, the book is a wonderful addition to your design library. Signed copies can be requested through the website Stamps and Seals website.
