President Joe Biden will embark on the next phase of Chinese politics to push for high-level meetings with Beijing officials after a tough five-month stance.
The meeting between US Secretary of State Antony Blink and Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi is being discussed at a meeting to be held at the G20 in Italy next week, the three people who reported the talks said.
