Cannondale Adventure Neo 3 EQ Review: A great daily ebike
[ad_1]
I every time buying a new bike, I spend at least a hundred dollars on accessories. The only thing I would add to the Cannondale Adventure Neo 3 EQ is the hood.
With a quick and fast ebike lights included, it has a suitcase support and protections. It features hydraulic disc brakes and a 9-speed Shimano Altus shift system. A quick way to get to football matches, to the local farmers’ market or to the bar is to transport them by hand.
If you ride like my mom can charge 65 miles or about 30 if you ride like me. Those miles are great. It’s not domineering or scary. It is relatively light and has an excellent suspension both in the seat and in the front fork. The mid-engined motor means that it rides like a normal bicycle; no regulation is required. There aren’t many ebikes that come with so few unnoticed.
At $ 3,000, the price is also right. If you’re looking for an ebike anywhere and don’t want to confuse it with upgrades or worry too much about maintaining standard long-term components, this is one of them. my new favorite options.
What’s inside
It took me a minute to evaluate the new Cannondale ebike I was testing, due to the company’s backward designation system for brands and models.
This Adventure Neo 3 EQ should not be confused with the more expensive ones Neo Adventure 2 or Neo 1 EQ models, or cheaper Neo 4 EQ, which look almost the same, but in different colors. You’ll spend less on electric blue mode (Neo 4), but more on bright green (Neo 1). My review model – the Neo 3 EQ, which you don’t remember now – came in the middle of the range and had no color at all, with a light black.
Especially in this color, the bike looks stylish and indescribable. The splashes of the bike’s colors are brown rubber handles and brown seats, reminiscent of classic leather seats and handles, but with modern durability.
The battery and medium drive motor are integrated into an aluminum structure that feels both strong and light at the same time. It’s easy to lift your leg above the frame, even if it’s a bag with plenty of food bought in the back.
