Dinner with five ingredients: Gnocchi with tomatoes and pumpkin – Wired PR Lifestyle Story

[ad_1]

A new world opened up to me when I learned that …

. A few months ago, I came across a recipe by food writer Ali Slagle in the pan a package of gnocchi that are stable on low oil and butter shelves, bursting with agility and giving tender. My 17 year old daughter he has made this recipe at least 17 times – often using Trader Joe’s cauliflower gnocchi – and now when I eat gnocchi I crave that crunchy.

And thanks to reader Rachel Robertson Jo’s cup, there is a new preparation of gnocchi threatening my home. When Rachel answered us Instagram with this request for five-component dinners burn gnocchi recipe, was notable for its crunchy gnocchi, short list of ingredients, and incredibly simple preparation. Drizzle the gnomes with the tomatoes and pumpkins in olive oil (stable on the shelf), spread everything out on a baking sheet, and then heat them in the oven. “This recipe is very customizable depending on the seasonal weather and what you have on hand,” he says. “I have exchanged garlic, peppers, asparagus, pumpkin, peas or broccoli. Onions and tomato cherries seem to be essential, as they are full of acidity and sweetness, so you don’t have to add many other seasonings. ”

That’s how we love things. Thank you, Rachel!
