FightCamp Review: Punch your fitness fit with home boxing workouts

As of this writing, the FightCamp app is only available on iOS devices, so if you have an Android phone, you’re out of luck. (However, iPhone owners can sync their FightCamp workouts with the Apple Health Kit.) Another hiccup: You fill the weight of the heavy bag with water based on the base, so if you don’t have a sleeve, it will be your first workout. hundreds back from the sink or bathtub with a bucket. When the base was full of water, I found that I was getting quite a blow, but I’m a big drill. Adding a little sand to the base and filling the rest of the way with water gave enough weight to keep the bag stable, but it was a lot of work to set up.

Above all, the cathartic joy of hitting a heavy bag is something that can’t be matched with other workouts. After a few rounds with FightCamp, all the attacks you created during the commute or during the day are burned. Learning to throw a good blow or shot and listening to satisfaction is also very rewarding thwap when you land a strong hook. You don’t have to be a sociopath to enjoy knowing that you can protect yourself, and even if you don’t have to dig into self-defense, it’s a good idea to know that you should do so.
