Floyd Mayweather Vs. Logan Paul: Fight predictions, expert options, probabilities, start time, exhibition ticket
[ad_1]
Not being ready for the unthinkable world of boxing on Sunday night, but it’s important to remember that it’s an opportunity. Then, five-time champion Floyd “Money” Mayweather entered the ring for the first time since December 2019 when he took on YouTuber and social media star Logan Paul in an exhibition match at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, Florida. The four-fight ticket goes down on Sunday night at Showtime PPV.
This will be the second time Mayweather has participated in a similar show in recent years. Former five-time champion broke up with kickboxer Tenshin Nasukawa in Japan on New Year’s Eve 2019. The difference is that Nasukawa usually fights about 125 pounds, which is a significant advantage in Mayweather size when the two gloves were tied.
Paul, meanwhile, will only make his third official appearance. The older of the two brothers has had two competitions in recent years out of KSI Youtube, one as an exhibition and the other as a professional. The show ended in a draw, as KSI won by a split decision in the rematch.

Mayweather and his team, for their part, have not even considered the possibility of “losing” this competition, either through a stoppage after eight days or in the eyes of the public. Mayweather Promotions CEO Leonard Ellerbe said the loss of Paul would be “unthinkable”.
“Can you imagine if something went wrong in this event? That would completely break the internet and Floyd is very mindful of that,” Ellerb said. “That’s why Logan Paul licks his chops because he’s a bigger and stronger guy. Even though he doesn’t have extraordinary skills as a high-level boxer, anything can be damned and Floyd is very mindful. You have weight classes. For a reason.”
The rest of the card is as follows. Badou will compete against Jack Dervin Colina in the lightweight competition in the main event. Colina Jean Pascal, Jack’s scheduled opponent, after testing positive for four types of steroids in pre-fight performances, is getting into the short term. The card also features former junior middleweight champion Jarrett Hurd as he is gaining weight in the 160-pound Luis Arias competition. And to get things started, first NFL wide receiver Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson will make his debut in a four-round showdown against Brian Maxwell.
Most of the tuned fans will be interested in how one way or another he wins the fight, whether you can bet or not. Therefore, our experts had a disability to see how the action behaves below.

Mayweather vs Paul predictions
Brian Campbell: We can’t forget the physical advantages that Paul will bring into the ring. The former high school wrestler and footballer is 18 years younger than Mayweather, is six inches tall and four inches long. He also expects to weigh between 45 and 50 rounds. Mayweather has never fought anyone over 154 pounds and Paul weighed 199.5 pounds in his professional debut. He hopes that these never-before-seen obstacles will give Mayweather at least a break or two as he measures the speed and time of his younger enemy’s hand. But once he’s adapted, Mayweather doesn’t have to have a problem (even retiring at 44) to land hard, clean shooters whenever he wants. The biggest question about Paul’s ability to survive is how unproven the chin can be as opposed to the exact accuracy of a true professional. Paul is hungry and fearless, but his ordinary knowledge of the sport with Mayweather can yield only one result: a fight in the middle of the fight.
Brent Brookhouse: Give Pauli another five years with strong boxing workouts while Mayweather is closer to 50 and Mayweather will be a favorite in the fight. Paul has no way of closing the gap in experience or reaching Mayweather’s technical level. That said, Paul’s size and strength advantages are very real, and that’s what Mayweather obviously knows. That way, Mayweather will go slow in the opening round, taking information and formulating a vision for the rest of the fights. While it may be nonsensical to say that Paul’s trainer is doing it against Larry Holmes, I have no doubt that they have done a great job on that jab to close Mayweather’s distance and try to use all of his technical advantages. It makes sense to pick Mayweather here, but it takes a bit of her pride. There will be no judges and no winners to be announced, which means that if Mayweather wants to claim victory away as a basis for “everyone to see”, he will have to knock Paul out. I think he can and will do so around Day 5, but he will have to take some chances to make that happen, which means showing a 44-year-old chin to a man over 50 pounds over the same. Look for Mayweather in a fight that plays more credibly than many expected at the end of the playoffs.
Brandon Scholars: Listen, I’m all for conspiracy theories and it’s rare for a fight to be possible. Especially since fights can change with a single fist. Even with the size advantage, a green fighter like Paul has no business being in the same ring as Mayweather. This has the potential to be a hilarious 24-minute action circus show, but anyone who has seen Mayweather in recent years knows what the game plan will be, especially against a fighter who weighs 35 pounds a night of fighting. Stick to the owner, stay away and take this thing to the last bell, while you collect the ship’s cash.
