Bercow, who left the spokesperson after 10 years in October 2019, said he joined the Labor Party a few weeks ago because he shared his values.
“I am motivated by support for equality, social justice and internationalism. That’s the labor mark, ”he said.“ The conclusion I’ve reached is that this government needs to be replaced. The reality is that the Labor Party is the only vehicle that can achieve this goal. There is no other credible option. “
Bercow said the prime minister is “a successful campaign but a poor governor.”
“I don’t think he has any vision for a more just society, a thirst for social mobility or a passion to improve a lot of people who are not happier than him. I think more and more people are fed up with lies, being fed up with empty slogans, unless they deliver, ”he said.

Bercow was a Conservative MP for Buckingham for 12 years before being elected spokesperson in 2009, becoming the youngest to hold the role for 100 years.
Famous for shouting “order, order” to gather sharp parliamentarians, Bercow found himself as a man in the midst of a heated parliamentary debate for more than three years over Britain’s withdrawal from the European Union.
The Conservatives in power were outraged that they had tried to block Brexit and decided to side with the “Let them continue” party.
The 58-year-old passionately refused to leave, but won praise from European supporters and supporters around the world with his decisions and great personality.
As a spokesman in recent years, he has been overshadowed by allegations of harassment of parliamentary staff, which he denies.
