Headphone Signia Active Pro Review: They’re like regular headphones

[ad_1]

I’ve seen that I’m someone who’s never worn headphones, I’ve gotten used to it. Hearing aids extend much deeper into the ear canal than a standard headset, which makes it difficult to put on, harder to pull out, and a little uncomfortable all the time. After a few hours of permanent use, I found that my ears were starting to itch, that they needed a break from dressing, at least for a while.

With Signia Active Pro headphones included, and that seems obvious, everything is louder. That’s both good and bad. Yes, the TV is higher. Yes, the wife’s voice is louder. But so is my voice. The rumor of the french fries I’m eating is also the same. The scratches of a pencil on a piece of paper can be audible, and every little noise echoes. I finally started to feel paranoid, like someone was always behind me, noticing that the sound was echoing from the squeaky chair on my desk. There is always a level of background rumors, sometimes high, sometimes quite low. I think if you’re deaf you probably won’t really realize it; maybe I’ll be in that moment in a few years.

After the initial tests, I went back to Signia to make adjustments to the Zoom session, the TV audio would be clearer, reducing the volume of my voice and amplifying the frequencies that relieved the rumor. The changes helped, but it soon seemed to me that we were declining profits, and that things were as good as they could get.

However, it’s pretty good. The “everything louder” approach worked well enough in the end if I wasn’t trying to move or listen while I listened a lot. The more units I wore, the more comfortable they were, even though I still didn’t feel like I would wear them all day. Even after weeks of testing, I only wanted to dress when I knew I needed it in advance.

Human connection

Your audiologist can tune your headphones and configure them to preset modes for different situations.

Active Pro headphones connect to your phone via Bluetooth and can be doubled as a playback audio monitor for a while, but I can’t recommend them for that. When you’re listening to music or watching a movie while the volume in the outside world has dropped a bit, they don’t block out noise like a pair of headphones. What’s left is a weird combination of the entertainment program you’re enjoying and everything else. While I was wearing active activities in the gym, what I saw on the Netflix movie was like having the Bon Jovi soundtrack covered in the atmosphere, and I was eager for the usual headphones. Also, there is no bass.
