HyperAMS Announces Full Plant Liquidations for Two Major Automotive Component Manufacturers – Press Release

ROLLING MEADOWS, Ill., Sept. 4, 2021 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ — HYPERAMS, LLC announced two upcoming online auctions for automotive component manufacturers Dura Automotive Systems and Shiloh Industries will take place in September 2021.
The Dura auction, a two-day online event on September 9-10th, is a complete manufacturing facility featuring six Minster presses, from 150 tons to 600 tons, major stamping and roll forming equipment, secondary equipment, and items from the maintenance and tool and die shop of the company’s Moberly, Missouri plant. HYPERAMS previously conducted the two highly successful auctions at Dura’s Milan, Tennessee plant.
“Interested buyers should not miss this auction, which has great selection of stamping presses, OBI presses, roll forming lines, roll formers, riveters, spot welders, and much more at the Moberly plant,” said HYPERAMS Director of Auction Services Burdette Wilber.
In addition, HYPERAMS is conducting a complete facility liquidation of Shiloh Industries’ Roseville, Michigan plant. The plant contains nine late model stamping presses and related feed equipment, all of which are currently under contract for sale pre-auction. The remaining assets, including a CNC vertical machining center, surface grinders, vertical milling machines, milling and drilling machines, radial arm drill, saws, lathe, fabrication equipment, quality control equipment, plant support equipment, and much more, will be sold via online auction on September 29th.

HYPERAMS is conducting the online auctions through major industrial auction platform Bidspotter. The Dura auction will be a two-day event September 9-10, 2021. Bidding starts closing each day at 10:00 AM CDT. Inspections will be held September 7 and 8.
