While India is battling a huge second pandemic wave, the UK is sending 100 fans and 95 oxygen concentrators as part of its first shipment.
India is suffering from the second huge wave of the pandemic and is trying to fight the coronavirus infections that are plaguing its hospitals as well as incinerators.
Many countries, including the United Kingdom, Germany and the United States, have pledged to send urgent medical care as the first shipment to the UK arrives on Tuesday.
The head of the World Health Organization described the situation as the world’s second most populous country as “beyond a twist” as the WHO intended to provide more staff and supplies of oxygen concentrator supplies.

Australia has expanded its proposal to suspend flights to India
Australia will consider a proposal to cancel flights to India to prevent the introduction of more variants of the coronavirus virus in the country after the increase in positive cases of COVID-19 in the world’s second most populous nation.
The state of Queensland has called on the federal government to stop all flights to India because there is a high risk of COVID-19 outbreaks of the virus in the Australian hotel’s fifty-year-old system.
“I sent a letter to the Prime Minister late last week asking him to suspend flights from India … and I know the federal government is examining it today,” said Prime Minister Annastacia Palaszczuk of Australian Broadcasting Corp.
The Australian National Security Commission will meet on Tuesday to look into the suspension of flights in India and will announce measures, including sending medical supplies to help India, Australian media reported.
The first shipment of medical care from the UK arrives in India
Early Tuesday the medical supply of COVID-19 arrived from Britain to India, including 100 fans and 95 oxygen concentrators.
Foreign Ministry spokesman Arindam Bagchi tweeted photos of the equipment being unloaded from a German Lufthansa aircraft in New Delhi, saying it was an “international partnership at work”.

One of the countries that has announced that it will send aid to Britain when the Indian health system has seen a tremendous increase in coronavirus cases, is sending more than 600 pieces of essential medical equipment.
A total of nine cargo loads supplied by the airline, 495 oxygen concentrators, 120 non-invasive fans and 20 manual fans, will be issued this week, according to the British Commission in New Delhi.
France will provide medical assistance to India with COVID-19: Elisha
France will provide India with “significant medical assistance” to help the country cope with the huge waves of new coronavirus infections that have plagued its hospitals, the palace of President Elisha said.
Shipments to India will include oxygen generators, respirators and cryogenic vessels, which will begin next weekend.
