Protesters have marched around the world in support of the Palestinians, the worst Israeli and Palestinian violence since the 2014 Gaza war.
At least 140 Palestinians, including 39 children, have been killed by Israel after airstrikes in Gaza this week.
On Saturday, Israel was targeting a refugee camp in Gaza, killing at least 10 Palestinians.
Protests took place in major cities around the world, including Doha, London, Paris and Madrid.
Iraq
Hundreds of protesters gathered in cities across Iraq to express solidarity with the Palestinians.
Demonstrators waved Palestinian flags and banners across the five provinces at rallies called by religious activist Muqtada al-Sadr. Demonstrators gathered in the Iraqi capital Baghdad and in the southern provinces of Babylon, Dhi Qar, Diwanieh and Basra to show support.

Free, they waved thousands of flags and displayed messages of solidarity with the Palestinians.
“I am taking a stand against the genocide committed by Israel in our country. We will do whatever it takes to liberate our country … Because we cannot stand alone, we are here today in this protest … I am very angry, I am very heartbroken with what is happening, ”Al Jazeera told Reem Alghoul, a Palestinian living in Doha.

Hundreds of people gathered in the Barbes district north of Paris in the presence of about 4,200 agents in a significant security presence.
Police in Paris used tear gas and a water cannon despite banning the authorities from dispersing the gathering, fearing that they would suffer anti-Semitic violence in the worst of the violence between Israel and Hamas.
Some rubbish bins were set on fire and rocks and other bullets were thrown at police, but no arrests were made.

In Madrid, about 2,500 people, many of them young people gathered in Palestinian flags, marched to the Puerta del Sol square in the city center.
“This is not war, it is genocide,” they shouted.
“They are killing us,” said Amira Sheikh-Ali, a 37-year-old man of Palestinian origin.

Hundreds of Lebanese and Palestinians have staged protests along the Lebanon-Israel border, some have climbed a border wall and set fire to an Israeli fire that has injured one person.
Protesters threw Molotov cocktails and rocks at the wall in a protest on Saturday in the Lebanese border town of Odayseh, waving hundreds of Palestinian and Lebanese flags, as well as yellow banners from the Hezbollah group.
Palestinians and Lebanese around Lebanon have marched to the border to protest Israeli attacks in Gaza.

In Indian-administered Kashmir, police cracked down on pro-Palestinian protesters and arrested at least 20 people.
Several people carrying Palestinian flags took to the streets in the main city of Srinagar after Friday prayers.
Demonstrators raised pro-Palestinian and anti-Israel slogans.
Police said they “would not allow cynical gatherings of people’s anger to cause violence, legality and disorder on the streets of Kashmir.”
“How can we be silent when they are [Israel] children are dying in Gaza. All human beings on earth should support them. This is to show humanity and solidarity, but out of fear and we can’t do that either, ”a 25-year-old resident of Srinagar told Al Jazeera.

United Kingdom
In London, several protesters carrying placards reading “Stop the bombing of Gaza” and “Free Palestine” gathered at the Marble Arch to go to the Israeli embassy.
The embassy was located on a crowded street on Kensington High Street.
Organizers claimed that the demonstration drew 100,000 people from across London; police said they could not confirm any figures.

Thousands of people marched in Berlin and other German cities after a call by the Samidoun Palestinian Prisoners Solidarity Network.
Three marches were allowed in the Neuköln district of Berlin, inhabited by a large number of people with Turkish and Arab roots.
Demonstrators shouted “Boycott Israel” and threw stones and bottles at police, prompting several arrests. Other protests took place in Frankfurt, Leipzig and Hamburg.
