NXT TakeOver: Stand and Deliver Predictions, Card, Night 2 Games, 2021 Date, Start Time, WWE PPV Preview

WrestleMania week has finally arrived for the WWE, and with that comes NXT TakeOver: Stand & Deliver. Action 1 of the night went down on Wednesday night and crowned two new champions. It was Raquel Gonzalez who finally conquered Io Shirai when she reached the NXT women’s championship, MSK made history by claiming the empty NXT team championship.

Three tournaments will be on display on Thursday night with the NXT title match, as Finn Balor pits his title against former champion – and against the man who never lost his belt – Karrion Kross. Needless to say, an age-old grief match will be held as former undisputed relatives Adam Cole and Kyle O’Reilly attend an approved match.

NXT TakeOver: Stand & Deliver Night 2 action from the Capitol Wrestling Center in Orlando, Florida, begins Thursday at 8pm with ET starting at 7pm.

NXT TakeOver Stand & Deliver Night 2 forecasts

NXT Cruiserweight Championship: Santos Escobar (c) vs. Jordan Devlin (c) (Ladder Match)

Escobar may be the main event player, which means his race ended in a cross-country title and the ball was completely handed over to Devlin. To the extent that losing the Escobar belt and raising the card could have benefited, Devlin could have benefited from the full effect of the race predicted last year before the pandemic. Women’s NXT Tag Team Tournament: Shotzi vs. Blackheart & Ember Moon (c) The Way

It can be as big as The Way, both for the entire faction and for this group, as these titles were just introduced a few weeks ago and changed hands the night they premiered. Blackheart & Moon are growing as a band, and The Way wouldn’t be hurt by the loss. It should be a wonderful match, though. NXT North American Championship: Johnny Gargano (c) vs. Bronson Reed

Reed put on a terrific performance on Wednesday night to win the handball match, and he has that opportunity more than he deserves on the big stage. That said, however, Gargano is so basic to the NXT that it’s hard to imagine wanting to remove a title without the right type of construction for the match. Selection: Johnny Gargano retains the title – Brookhouse (also Silverstein)

Kyle O’Reilly vs. Adam Cole (No penalty)

Cole has basically done everything possible on the NXT, and since O’Reilly, who received a solo boost, has only lost. It’s hard to imagine beating Cole O’Reilly in the future with a clear reserve when O’Reilly has a big challenge for the North American championship (or eventually another NXT title option) and Cole will eventually advance in his WWE career. There are plenty of reasons to call Cole, but it seems like that’s what’s on the cards, and falling for O’Reilly here would be the perfect delivery for him. NXT Tournament: Finn Balor (c) vs Karrion Kross

It’s a great value since Kross filled the gap he left when he was injured and his NXT title tenure has been drastically shortened. But Balor has run, and like Devlin, he deserves the opportunity he already had when misfortune intervened. The only reason not to put the Krossi belt here is if you are willing to push it to the main list. It’s not likely at this point, so NXT will end two nights of action with the title.
