Israeli forces killed 11 Palestinians protesting in the occupied West Bank against the occupation of Gaza and the ongoing bombing.

Clashes between Israeli police and Palestinian protesters continued into the occupied East Jerusalem on Friday night. After Friday prayers, thousands of Palestinians staged protests in more than 200 locations in the West Bank.

On the outskirts of Ramallah, Nablus and other towns and cities, hundreds of Palestinians protested against the Gaza campaign and Israeli actions in Jerusalem.

Shaking Palestinian flags, they burned tires and threw stones at Israeli soldiers. More than 500 Palestinians were injured across the territory, and there were demonstrators hit by Israeli live rounds and tear gas, the Palestinian Red Moon Association said.

At least 139 Palestinians, including 40 children, have been killed on the Gaza Strip since Monday. Another 950 were injured.

At least eight people were also killed in Israel. The Israeli army says it has fired hundreds of rockets from Gaza into various parts of Israel.
